T2M Resourcing are expanding their HR consultancy team and seeking a Junior HR Business Partner in the United Kingdom. The role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience, working closely with an Senior HR Business Partner.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Junior HR Business Partner

Salary: up to £28K subject to experience

Location: East Riding of Yorkshire (2 days a week required in the office)

T2M Resourcing are working with a specialist HR Consultancy who are looking to expand their team with a Junior HR Business Partner. This role would involve 2 days a week working at a client site in Pocklington, East Riding of Yorkshire, 3 days working remotely.

Reporting directly to and working closely with an experienced Senior HR Business Partner, this role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable HR experience, develop your skills, and progress your HR career.

Key responsibilities as Junior HR Business Partner would include:

• Providing HR administration support for our client base, with ad-hoc advice as you grow in the role
• Exposure to the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding through to change management and challenging terminations
• Shadowing complex ER issues
• Administration support on all aspects of the employment lifecycle
• Maintaining our clients HRIS as required
• Supporting with and sometimes leading on internal project work and administration
• Handling client queries and escalating where appropriate
• Staying up to date with employment law, changes in the market,

Requirements to be successful as Junior HR Business Partner

• Ideally with experience in a HR or related administration role and a desire to progress your HR career
• Some knowledge of HR processes, policies and best practices
• You will demonstrate a customer focused approach, prioritising client care
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office particularly Word & Excel, experience with a HRIS system an advantage but not essential
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with HR practices and regulations.
