Job summary

Cyera is building an EMEA Events Centre of Excellence and seeks a leader to standardise planning, execution, measurement and amplification of 60–100 events per year. You will elevate Cyera’s brand across the region, delivering high-quality events that drive pipeline and revenue.

You’ll partner with Field Marketing, Partner Marketing and content teams to ensure consistent messaging, ROI insights and scalable event operations, with a strong emphasis on leadership and team growth across EMEA.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B event or field marketing.
• Proven experience running a high-volume events programme across EMEA.
• Experience creating branded, repeatable event series (roadshows).
• Strong analytical skills, with ability to tie events to pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Operationalise and scale events across 60-100 annually in EMEA.
• Own events performance, ROI, and pipeline attribution.
• Manage the regional agency ecosystem and negotiate with vendors.
• Build branded road shows and regional communities across markets.
• Lead customer advisory boards and executive briefing programmes.
• Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing events team.
• Drive innovation with new formats and AI-enabled approaches.
