Apogee in Maidstone is seeking a Consumables Management Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of consumable supplies. You will be a vital point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service through technical troubleshooting and process optimisation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy customer service environment, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset. This role offers flexibility to work from home after the training period.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a busy call centre or office-based customer services role is essential.
• A calm, logical approach to troubleshooting and decision-making.
• Basic networking knowledge would be an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of consumable supply processes.
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and client portals.
• Investigate and resolve issues with shipments or system alerts.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Apogee’s ARMA system.
• Support data accuracy and service continuity through meticulous record management.
