Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather information, diagnose, and resolve complex customer issues.
• Support incoming tickets across AEMS modules.
• Develop fixes and enhancements with GE Vernova experts.
• Maintain power systems functionality, including code fixes and UI.
• Lead deployment activities and guide environments to production.
• Provide out-of-hours 24/7 emergency support.
• Facilitate relationships with 3rd party vendors; travel to sites as needed.
• Understand business drivers and cross-team integration.
• Propose solutions beyond set parameters with guidance.
