You will collaborate with production teams and sales to align technical solutions with business goals, helping improve site performance through analytics and SEO-driven optimisations.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering ecommerce projects across platforms with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to map client requirements to technical solutions and articulate them clearly.
- Strong analytical skills to report on site performance and optimisation opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage scope and timelines of ecommerce projects with clients and vendors.
- Perform discovery sessions to map architecture and business needs.
- Contribute to RFP responses and new business proposals.
- Communicate realistic timescales and deliverables to teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and ensure project goals are met.
- Identify feasible technical improvements and develop proofs of concepts.
- Analyse client data to report on performance and identify optimisations.
