Axon Moore is seeking an experienced E-commerce Development & Support Specialist to join a growing UK business operating across multiple locations. The role blends technical support with development to keep e-commerce platforms performing reliably and to drive digital growth.

You will work with internal teams and external partners to support websites, customer portals and integrated systems, delivering improvements that enhance customer journeys and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for e-commerce platforms, websites, customer portals and integrated systems.

• Support integrations with ERP, CRM, payment gateways, logistics providers and other third-party applications.
• Coordinate software releases, testing, upgrades and deployments.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both technical support and development, ensuring e-commerce platforms and digital systems perform reliably while driving continuous improvement. You'll play a key role in supporting websites, customer portals and integrated business systems, helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience and supporting the organisation's digital growth strategy. Working closely with internal stakeholders, external technology partners and suppliers, you'll help develop innovative digital solutions that improve efficiency, enhance customer journeys and support commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of tasks through to successful completion.

Desirable Experience
