Job summary

Pearson Carter are recruiting a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform Functional Consultant for a fully remote role in the UK. The position offers £50,000 and requires 2+ years' experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform modules across Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.

You will lead discovery workshops, design solutions, configure modules, and deliver end-to-end functional consultancy, including UAT, training and go-live, while collaborating with cross-functional teams remotely.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant.
• Microsoft Partner experience is essential.
• Strong client-facing skills with experience running discovery workshops.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE Sales, Marketing and Customer Service modules.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within a consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to gather and document business requirements.
• Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Deliver functional consultancy across the full project lifecycle.
• Work closely with customers to provide best practice advice and solution design.
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.
• Deliver Power Platform solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Support user acceptance testing, training and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
