Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, CRM, Sales, CS, and Power Platform.
• Experience leading stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering.
• Ability to produce functional specifications and process documentation.
• Experience with end-to-end project delivery in enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements across key stakeholders.
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions to define solution requirements.
• Configure and optimise Dynamics 365 solutions to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
