Job summary
Pearson Carter is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join a senior team delivering enterprise CRM solutions. The role focuses on owning the technical delivery from design to implementation and mentoring junior developers.
You will work with Functional Consultants to meet client requirements in a fully remote European setup. Ideal candidates have strong Dynamics 365 CRM/CE experience, leadership in architecture, and excellent English communication.
Qualifications
- Strong commercial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE development.
- Experience leading technical architecture and solution design.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience in a consultancy or professional services environment.
- Comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions from the ground up.
- Lead technical architecture and solution design across customer projects.
- Build custom functionality, integrations, and extensions within Dynamics 365.
- Work closely with Functional Consultants to deliver customer requirements.
- Mentor and support junior developers within the team.
- Participate in customer meetings and provide technical guidance where required.
- Deliver high-quality solutions across multiple industries and project types.
