Job summary

Pearson Carter is seeking a Lead D365 CE CRM & Power Platform Consultant for a fully remote role in the UK. You will lead multiple Dynamics 365 projects, drive customer engagement and define solution architectures that align with business goals.

In this senior position, you will mentor teams, manage stakeholders, and shape adoption strategies across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI within the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Strong track record in customer engagement and digital transformation.
• Proven ability to lead projects from requirements to delivery and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Operate as SME for Power Platform across projects.
• Lead full lifecycle on Dynamics 365 implementations for EliteCRM offerings.
• Gather requirements and engage stakeholders through workshops.
• Support Dynamics 365 platform and evolution of Elite solutions.
