Job summary

Pearson Carter Limited is seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Consultant for a fully remote role paying up to £45,000. You will provide 1st-3rd line support for BC users, troubleshoot issues, configure environments, and assist with upgrades, deployments and training.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience with Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience supporting Business Central or NAV users in a consultancy or end-user environment.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Sales, Purchasing and Inventory modules.
• Experience troubleshooting system issues and resolving support tickets.
• Knowledge of Business Central configuration, administration, and user management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and workloads effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for Dynamics 365 Business Central users.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve Business Central support tickets.
• Configure and maintain Business Central environments, users, and permissions.
• Support core Business Central modules including Finance, Sales, Purchasing and Inventory.
• Assist with upgrades, testing, and deployment of new functionality.
• Work closely with consultants and developers to resolve more complex issues.
• Deliver user training and provide guidance on Business Central best practices.
• Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Liaise with customers to understand issues and provide timely resolutions.
