Job summary

Pearson Carter Limited is seeking a remote LS Support Consultant with Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV to join their growing team. The role is fully remote and offers a £50,000 salary with scope to work across ERP and retail systems.

You will provide functional support, investigate issues, guide users, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve problems and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Excellent communication with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV.
• Investigate and resolve system issues, user queries, and functional problems.
• Support customers with business processes across sales, purchasing, inventory, and stock management.
• Manage support tickets and prioritise issues to ensure timely resolutions.
• Work with customers to understand problems and provide clear, practical guidance.
• Liaise with developers and technical teams to resolve more complex issues.
• Assist with system testing, updates, and ongoing improvements.
• Maintain accurate support documentation and build strong customer relationships.
