Job summary

Pearson Carter Limited is seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Consultant for a fully remote role. You will provide 1st-3rd line support, troubleshoot BC issues, and assist with upgrades and deployments.

The role involves collaborating with consultants and developers to deliver system improvements and ongoing ERP support. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of Dynamics NAV/BC experience, strong Finance/Sales/Purchasing/Inventory knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience with Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Experience supporting BC or NAV users in a consultancy or end-user environment
• Strong understanding of Finance, Sales, Purchasing and Inventory modules
• Experience troubleshooting system issues and resolving support tickets
• Knowledge of BC configuration, administration, and user management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and workloads effectively

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for Dynamics 365 BC users
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve BC support tickets
• Configure and maintain BC environments, users, and permissions
• Support core BC modules including Finance, Sales, Purchasing and Inventory
• Assist with upgrades, testing, and deployment of new functionality
• Work closely with consultants and developers to resolve more complex issues
• Deliver user training and provide guidance on BC best practices
• Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles
• Liaise with customers to understand issues and provide timely resolutions
