Job summary

Thermatic Group is seeking a Drainage Assistant for full-time work across the North West, North Wales and Midlands. The role is fully remote with a UK driving licence required, supporting planned and reactive maintenance at client sites.

Ideal candidates have drainage experience, CCTV knowledge (pushrod and crawler cameras) and basic maintenance skills. Training provided where needed; overtime opportunities and company benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year drainage experience.
• Working knowledge of drainage systems.
• Confident problem solver.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Sound understanding of Health & Safety obligations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drain surveys and basic maintenance of CCTV equipment.
• Provide accurate timesheet information.
• Support drainage/contract teams to meet SLAs.
• Maintain positive client relationships on-site.
• Escalate major site issues promptly.
