As Head of PMO you will oversee enterprise program management, create and refine AI-assisted documents and decks, and partner with stakeholders to deliver high‑impact outputs across charters, raid logs, and steering‑committee materials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience owning program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead heads of PMO efforts to train AI models on professional documents and decks.
• Develop, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across charters, raid logs, and status decks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery of outputs.
