Job summary

Lumanity is seeking a Global Director/Senior Director, Commercial Partnerships to drive growth with global clients in HEOR and market access. You will lead account strategies, engage clients, and secure opportunities through strategic partnerships and consultative selling.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial strategies, manage pipelines, and expand Lumanity’s footprint across regions, including travel as required.

Qualifications

• Significant track record in sales or business development within pharma/HEOR
• Consultative selling mindset to create client solutions and mobilise teams
• Willingness to travel across time zones and globally

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic objectives and activities within target accounts to hit sales targets
• Lead client outreach, engagement and onboarding through consultative selling
• Negotiate MSAs, commercial terms and partnerships with clients
• Collaborate with technical and consulting experts to position services as client solutions
• Manage opportunity pipeline and coordinate with BD, Operations and Marketing teams
