Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Director of Consumer Digital Product Operations to shape and execute transformation strategies that improve product delivery and organizational effectiveness.

You will partner with senior leaders to implement scalable operating rhythms, governance, and performance metrics that align with enterprise goals. The role oversees budget planning, workforce coordination, recruiting, onboarding, and program management, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 8+ years in product operations, digital transformation, or portfolio management within a large organization.
• Experience turning strategy into scalable governance, planning, and performance measures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the Consumer Digital product operating model, including roles, governance, and end-to-end processes.
• Define tools, templates, playbooks, and standards for planning, delivery, and measurement.
• Establish governance forums to clarify ownership and accelerate decisions; manage budget and events.
• Lead portfolio visibility, communications, and execution of priorities across teams.
• Manage team operations: budget, recruiting, onboarding, and cross-organizational communications.
• Drive culture, engagement, transparency, collaboration, and alignment on priorities.
• Develop and coach the program management team for disciplined execution of initiatives.
• Create performance measures and feedback loops to assess adoption and improvement.
