Job summary

TimeDoc Health is seeking a Director of Care Operations to lead a remote, high‑volume care delivery organization spanning CCM, RPM, BHI, and APCM. You will drive productivity, retention, and compliant clinical delivery through front-line leaders, partners, and a cross-functional executive team.

You will own performance management, incentive design, and SOP governance while collaborating with Clinical Strategy, Workforce Management, and Technology to scale and improve patient care.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large, remote or distributed care teams.
• Experience in healthcare operations, CCM, and RPM.
• Strong ability to balance quality, productivity, and patient-centric care.
• Excellent communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Care Operations leadership layer.
• Own unit productivity and care delivery metrics (WEP/hr, adherence).
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring profiles and onboarding.
• Define performance standards, OKRs, and reporting across teams.
• Drive change management and SOP governance across programs.
