Job summary

Reach Digital, an AI-first performance marketing agency, is seeking a Creative Strategist to own the creative end-to-end for multiple brand partners. You will research, develop ad angles, write hooks, and build briefs that our editors execute, collaborating directly with brand partners and growth/design teams.

You will analyse performance, stay on top of platform trends, and translate insights into testable concepts. This remote role follows US hours and offers generous PTO with USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience
• Understand paid media and the types of content that converts
• Brainstorm ad angles and concepts, then bring them to life
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple projects
• Willing to learn and give/receive feedback
• Able to communicate learnings with team and clients
• Genuine passion for creative strategy and staying on top of trends

Responsibilities

• Analyzing performance, brainstorming ad angles and hook variations, writing briefs weekly for editing team
• Owning the creative strategy for brand partners with a living strategy doc
• Staying current on platform trends, formats, policy changes, and translating into testable concepts
• Working with 3-5 brand partners at a time, deep-diving into their creative and building winning ads
