Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Industrial Engineer with a specialization in digital transformation. You will apply industrial engineering principles and advanced digital technologies to help clients reimagine and optimize operations, all from your home office, collaborating with global teams.

You will design roadmaps, evaluate IoT, AI/ML, RPA and data analytics solutions, implement them with clients, and develop KPIs to track impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in industrial engineering with a focus on digital transformation, systems integration, or related IT projects.
• Proven experience implementing digital solutions (IoT, AI/ML, RPA, advanced analytics) in industrial/operational contexts.
• Strong data modeling, database management, and business intelligence skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication of complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing remote projects and collaborating with distributed teams.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote capacity.

Responsibilities
