• 8+ years progressive experience in industrial engineering, with at least 5 years focused on project management and implementation.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira).
• Expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management, crucial for remote collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse teams remotely.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning, execution, and completion of industrial engineering projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure effective collaboration.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues; develop contingency plans.
