Job summary

HH Global Group seeks a Digital Technical Support Specialist to deliver high-quality support across digital platforms, CMS, and digital signage for UK clients. You will troubleshoot incidents, manage requests, and help drive adoption of new technologies.

The role is largely remote with potential access to the Baldock, Hertfordshire office, focusing on reliability, performance, and user guidance. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience providing technical support within digital/IT environments.
• Degree, diploma, or equivalent in IT or related discipline; relevant certifications desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and cloud-based tech; experience with CMS platforms.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and IT security best practices.
• Experience creating user documentation, guides, and knowledge bases.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second line technical support for digital products, apps, and services.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software, hardware, network, and cloud issues.
• Manage incidents and requests via service management platform; escalate when needed.
• Occasional onsite work; support CMS and digital content platforms.
• Assist users with content publishing, scheduling, and management tasks.
• Monitor platform performance and identify service improvements.
• Support digital signage infrastructure and related technologies.
• Create and maintain technical docs and training materials.
• Deliver user training to promote effective use of platforms.
