Job summary

HH Global Group is seeking a Digital Technical Support Specialist to deliver high-quality support across digital platforms, CMS, and digital signage for UK clients. You will help ensure reliability, performance, and usability of customer and internal solutions, troubleshooting and incident management.

Qualifications

• Experience providing technical support within a digital, IT, or technology environment.
• Degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Digital Technologies; relevant certifications desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer service.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, cloud-based tech; experience with ticketing systems; CMS administration.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and IT security best practices.
• Experience creating and maintaining user documentation and knowledge bases.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second line technical support for digital products and services.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software, hardware, network, and cloud issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests via the service management platform.
• Occasional onsite support as required.
• Support CMS and digital content platforms administration and publishing.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and guides.
• Deliver user training on digital platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement new solutions.
• Ensure security, governance, and data protection compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and digital transformation projects.
