A leading company is seeking a Digital Business Manager to help launch and scale an online teaching business focused on Irish culture and language. This remote, part-time role offers 10–20 hours per week, with a salary of £1,500–£2,000/month, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital education and product management, with the ability to structure content for sales and manage digital tools effectively. This is a long-term opportunity to shape a growing creator business.
We’re hiring: Digital Business Manager (Remote, Part-Time to Start)
I’m Colm Keegan — an Irish musician and educator based in Glasgow.
Alongside touring and performing, I’ve built a strong international following through Irish language and history teaching, online concerts, and cultural tours. Now I’m ready to take the next step:
I’m looking for a Digital Business Manager to help me launch and scale an online teaching business, using content I’ve already created — and to help turn that foundation into a sustainable digital income stream.
This is not a casual assistant role. I’m looking for someone experienced in digital education and creative business who can step in, structure the systems, and start moving quickly, while also helping shape where this could go in 3–5 years.
I want to launch structured, sellable online courses in Irish culture, language, and history — and grow those into a business that complements my touring work and reduces pressure from riskier projects.
I also plan to launch a Shopify store to sell music, CDs, merch, and course bundles — and would love support setting that up and integrating it with the wider strategy.
️ Key Responsibilities:
• Turn existing teaching content into full online courses
• Build sales pages, email funnels, and launch campaigns
• Set up tools like Skool, ConvertKit, Stripe, Shopify
• Track revenue and growth KPIs
• Coordinate with my editor and help organise our workflow
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
• Have 3+ years in digital product/course business management
• Understand online education funnels (Skool, Kajabi, ConvertKit etc.)
• Can take messy content and structure it for sales
• Want to build something long-term, not just optimise existing systems
Bonus if you:
• Know Shopify, Teachable, or community platforms
• Have an interest in Irish/Scottish culture (not essential)
What’s on offer:
• 10–20 hrs/week (flexible, remote)
• £1,500–£2,000/month depending on experience
• Bonus potential for new digital sales
• Long-term opportunity to shape a growing creator business
How to apply:
Send:
– A short intro
– Links to your work (funnels, launches, websites, etc.)
