Honeycomb is working exclusively with a prestigious consultancy to recruit a Business/Operations Manager on a temporary basis. This fully remote role offers a rare opportunity to lead business improvement projects for approximately 3 months. The company has an expansive client base and a market-leading reputation.
The Business/Operations Manager is a senior role responsible for overseeing daily operations and leading the team. The candidate should have strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels, a solid commercial skill set, and experience in financial analysis. The role emphasizes business improvement and transformation, providing an opportunity to make a significant impact.
Requirements include at least 5 years of management experience, preferably within a professional SME, with demonstrable leadership in business transformation and familiarity with financial data. CIPD Level 5/HR qualification is desirable.
The package includes an attractive hourly rate of £30.00, with fully remote work. Hours are flexible but require a commitment of 5 days per week. Further details are available upon request.
