Job summary

Roche Diagnostics, the world’s leading health supplier in In-Vitro Diagnostics, invites applications for a Biomedical Scientist or equivalent to join the Serum Work Area (SWA) within the Regional Customer Support Center UK Hub, Burgess Hill. The role primarily provides remote assay performance support and training across the UK and Europe.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, deliver technical training, document inquiries, and collaborate with Field Teams to improve service.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biomedical Science or equivalent.
• Experience in diagnostic industry or clinical laboratory environment.
• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Enjoys working in a multicultural, diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex analytical and system issues remotely to safeguard lab operations.
• Deliver high-quality product and technical training remotely and at training sites.
• Manage and document customer inquiries and complaints in the Quality System.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Field Teams and Sales Managers to improve satisfaction.
• Participate in data-driven reviews, trend analyses and performance metrics.
• Support commercial tenders with instrument demonstrations and technical responses.
• Complete intensive introductory training and periodic ongoing training.
