Tether Ltd. is seeking a Developer Productivity Engineer to empower QVAC application teams with reliable tooling for desktop and mobile apps, AI harness, and package workflows.

You will build, integrate, and maintain developer tools and agent workflows to speed delivery and improve quality. In this hands-on role, you will drive tooling roadmaps, partner with engineers, and own implementations from design through adoption.

Qualificações

• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript with Node.js backend and browser tooling.
• Experience building and maintaining developer tooling or automation used by multiple teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools or agents and strong code quality discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents for engineering workflows.
• Build and operate agents in CI and scheduled jobs to detect failures and propose fixes.
• Improve automated reviews, code quality checks, and performance monitoring across projects.
• Develop tooling to enhance build, test, and release processes and reduce friction for engineers.
• Collaborate with distributed teams, document onboarding, and measure adoption and impact.
• Prioritize improvements with engineering teams and ensure reliable, cost-effective tooling.
