Tether is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to help QVAC application teams develop, review, test, and deliver reliable software for desktop and mobile applications. You will build and maintain developer tools, integrate AI agents into engineering workflows, and improve code quality and delivery automation.

Formación

• Experience building and maintaining developer tools or engineering automation used by others.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools or agents and their integration.
• Proficient in Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and debugging of builds/tests.
• Commitment to maintainable code, automated checks, and safe refactoring.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents for engineering teams.
• Build and operate agents in CI and scheduled workflows to investigate failures and propose fixes.
• Improve automated PR reviews and reduce noise for reviewers.
• Develop code quality scripts and checks for complexity, size, dependencies, and performance.
• Improve development environments, testing, and build/release workflows for reliability.
• Prioritize improvements with teams and drive adoption via documentation and onboarding.
