Job summary

Tether is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to help QVAC application teams develop, review, test, and deliver reliable software for desktop and mobile applications. You will build and maintain developer tools, integrate AI agents, and improve code quality and automation.

Qualifications

• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools or agents.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents.
• Build and operate agents in CI workflows to investigate failures and propose fixes.
• Improve automated pull request reviews and reduce noise for reviewers.
• Develop code quality checks for complexity, size, and dependencies.
• Improve development environments, tests, and release workflows.
• Prioritize improvements and support adoption with documentation.
