Seetec Group is seeking a Delivery Tutor to design and deliver engaging apprenticeship and commercial training programmes. You will guide learners from onboarding through Gateways and EPAs, providing feedback, planning dynamic learning sessions and coordinating with employers to ensure industry-aligned training.

The role emphasises quality, safeguarding and equal opportunities, with remote work and a permanent contract. 37 hours per week with flexibility to meet learner needs.

Formación

• Qualified teacher with PGCE/CertEd or equivalent required.
• Proven delivery of apprenticeship and/or commercial training.
• Strong knowledge of apprenticeship standards, qualifications and assessments.
• Ability to demonstrate occupational competence in subject area.
• Experience supporting learners to achieve progression.
• Excellent communication, organisation and engagement skills.
• Proficient with online learning tools and digital teaching platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver training meeting curriculum, apprenticeship and awarding body requirements.
• Plan, prepare and deliver dynamic learning sessions and assessments.
• Support learners to achieve gateways and EPAs with constructive feedback.
• Assess portfolios and monitor learner progress; set SMART targets.
• Collaborate with employers to align training with industry needs.
• Ensure QA, safeguarding and equality standards are met; uphold Seetec values.
• Travel as required to meet learner needs and service delivery.
