Job summary

BDS Recruitment is seeking two temporary administrators for a remote role with occasional travel to Bradford. The contract is initially 3 months, with 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm). Rates are £14.35 PAYE or £18.52 umbrella.

You will work on data issues in the Northgate system with guidance from the data resolution manager, expanding to investigatory data tasks requiring attention to detail and curiosity.

Qualifications

• Strong Administrative background preferably within an IT Environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for data excellence.
• Experience of compliance, with the ability to operate flexibly across technical, compliance, and governance domains.
• Expertise in data quality management, with a strong attention to detail and issue resolution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and compliance management software.
• The ability to work self-directed, and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete repetitive tasks to resolve data issues in the Northgate system with guidance.
• Advance to investigatory data work to help resolve data issues.
