Job summary

Rescourcery Group in the United Kingdom seeks a Data Analyst/Business Intelligence Analyst to support funding administration and data management. This remote, term-time only role is 41 weeks per year and focuses on accurate data handling and compliance.

You will process applications, maintain records, validate funding returns, and produce insightful reports to improve funding outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience handling large data sets or external data returns within education funding or compliance.
• Experience using a Management Information System (MIS).
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and a proactive, collaborative approach.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Processing student applications and supporting learner onboarding.
• Maintaining accurate student records and funding data.
• Checking enrolment information and funding eligibility.
• Preparing and validating funding returns in line with national deadlines.
• Reconciling funding reports and investigating discrepancies.
• Processing bursary and free school meal applications.
• Supporting funding audits and compliance activity.
• Producing reports and analysing data to improve quality and accuracy.
• Collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to ensure funding processes run smoothly.
