Job summary

Platform Housing Group is seeking a Data Product Analyst on a two-year fixed-term contract to lead the design, development and implementation of data products that deliver actionable insights, enabling informed decisions across the organisation.

Role involves requirements gathering, data modelling, ETL, and delivery within an Agile framework, using Power BI, Synapse and Fabric. Travel to Worcester/Solihull offices as required; primarily home-based.

Qualifications

• Experience in data quality, data analysis, or data governance in regulated environments.
• Design and implement data products using Power BI, Synapse, and DAX.
• Knowledge of data modelling, ETL processes, and data governance principles.
• Ability to identify issues and risks in BI development and escalate when needed.
• Ability to extract, manipulate, visualize, and model large datasets.
• Lead analytics projects and influence decision-making at senior levels.
• Experience with consumer-level data for analysis, reporting, or marketing.
• Creation of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities
