Job summary

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Data Migration Lead to guide the end‑to‑end transfer of patient data across clinical systems. You will work with internal teams, NHS partners and external suppliers to ensure secure, accurate migrations within agreed timescales.

The role is predominantly remote across the UK, with occasional travel and expenses covered. You will contribute to data governance, validation and overall service transformation in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or large‑scale data migration projects.
• Technical qualification or hands‑on experience in data management, SQL Server or similar.
• Proven track record delivering data migration projects with data quality and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end data migration projects with internal teams, external organisations and system suppliers.
• Coordinate data extraction, transformation, testing and migration activities to ensure accuracy and timelines.
• Manage risks, RAID logs and documentation; provide regular updates to programme boards.
