Qualifications

• Experience shaping data strategies and data quality standards to improve business performance metrics and regulatory compliance.
• Extensive data quality expertise to define what good looks like and communicate it across the organisation.
• Experience in data quality issue management including defining processes across the business to drive improvements.
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders and decision makers.
• Ability to plan, run and extract information from requirement workshops with people.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and senior stakeholders to drive data governance initiatives.
• Conduct Data Quality maturity assessments, data discovery workshops, and data improvement planning.
• Drive adoption of Data Quality controls within a Data Framework.
• Create regular stakeholder performance reports to track progress.
• Provide line management for the data team and ensure timely delivery of quality work.
• Lead Data Management and Data Governance initiatives across LHP.
