• Experience shaping data strategies and data quality standards.
• Ability to present and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in leading data quality improvement initiatives.
• Qualification in Data Management Practitioner or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and senior stakeholders.
• Conduct Data Quality maturity assessments and discovery workshops.
• Drive adoption of Data Quality controls within a Data Framework.
• Develop regular stakeholder performance reports.
• Provide line management for the data team and oversee workload.
• Develop, promote and deliver Data Literacy training in collaboration with training teams.
• Act as technical expert on Data Management and Data Governance at LHP.
