Job summary

Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) is seeking a Data Manager to shape our Data Management Framework, drive governance, and embed data ownership across the organisation. You will lead our Data & Technology Department and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure trusted, high-quality data underpinning operational performance and strategic decisions, including a future-ready data warehouse using Microsoft Fabric.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience shaping data strategies and data quality standards to improve business performance metrics and regulatory compliance.
• Extensive data quality expertise to define what good looks like and communicating it to stakeholders.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing decision makers.
• Experience planning and running requirement workshops with people.
• Qualification in Data Management Practitioner or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead data governance, data quality improvements and data ownership across the organisation.
• Champion data literacy and partner with the system team to embed a future-ready data warehouse using Microsoft Fabric.
• Present and communicate with senior stakeholders and drive value adding data improvements.
• Provide line management for the data team and deliver projects on agreed deadlines.
• Develop and promote Data Literacy training in partnership with the corporate training team.
