Job summary

Mears Housing Management is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Property Management Platform (PMP) transformation for the AASC contract. You will turn PMP data into insights, improve data quality and enable better operational decision-making across national sites.

You will collect and analyse data, develop dashboards and KPI information, perform data validation, and contribute to reporting improvements. Strong SQL, Excel, VBA and PowerBI skills are essential, with experience handling complex

Qualifications

• Experience analysing, validating and reporting on complex, multi-layered operational or project data.
• Strong SQL skills with practical experience writing queries across multiple views.
• Advanced Excel skills including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, PivotTables and complex formulas.
