Arsenault is hiring a Data Analyst for a fully remote role. You will answer day-to-day and strategic questions using data, develop analytics data flows, dashboards and reporting, and distill actionable insights on core business metrics.

You will report to the Head of Data and help drive data-driven decisions across a fast-growing automotive marketplace. The role offers a collaborative culture, stock options and a flexible work arrangement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand data requirements with stakeholders and translate into analytical hypotheses.
• Build scalable analytics solutions to solve business problems.
• Improve analytics data pipelines and infrastructure with various technologies.
• Identify new data sources and transform them into analytics-ready datasets.
• Present results to technical and non-technical stakeholders to influence decisions.
• Participate in procurement and implementation of BI/reporting tools and observability platforms.
