Job summary

Arsenault is seeking a data analyst to transform noisy real-world data into high-signal models and insights that inform business decisions. You will collaborate with Product Manager and Data Science to understand data requirements and deliver impactful analyses.

You will perform daily analyses, support data initiatives for maps, design dashboards for KPIs and financial data, and storytelling of results to drive action across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of working experience as a data analyst.
• Experience in MS Excel, PowerBI or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of BI tooling such as Tableau or others.
• Ability to present information in a variety of forms, including documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Have thoughtful discussions with Product Manager and Data Science to understand Customers data requirements.
• Perform daily analysis on our internal data to identify patterns and trends.
• Develop and support various data analysis initiatives related to the automatic generation of maps.
• Design and create dashboards for internal use such as visualization of production KPIs, Tech productivity, financial data, etc.
• Storytelling of results and ideas to customers and users; data can transform opinions.
