Job summary

Arsenault is seeking a Data Analyst to assess data quality from multiple collection points across the business, organizing it into presentations and delivering insights in weekly and monthly Trade In manager meetings.

The role collaborates with Sales and Marketing to ensure data flows support reports and trend analysis for senior managers, with a focus on data from Retail, CX and Finance channels.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking: analysts examine and assess data from a variety of sources, including channel, pricing, customer segment, and cost data.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel with Power Query and Power Pivot.
• Languages needed: M code, DAX and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Assess data from various collection points (Retail, CX, Finance) and highlight queries or gaps before sharing.
• Present findings to management through weekly or monthly meetings with detailed reporting and visuals.
