Job summary

GoHenry, a UK-based fintech, seeks a Data Analyst to empower our Data team with insights that improve products for millions of families. You will work with BigQuery, Dataform, Tableau, Amplitude, and Monte Carlo to build robust data models and semantic layers.

You’ll partner with Product and Engineering to design experiments, analyse results, and translate findings into actionable product improvements, while mentoring peers and expanding our data capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL in a data warehouse environment.
• Experience building dashboards and reports using Tableau.
• Knowledge of product experimentation techniques and statistics.
• Experience using a data transformation tool such as dbt or Dataform.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn GoHenry’s product structure.
• Experience as a data analyst, preferably in a B2C environment.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand objectives and drive product insights.
• Present critical insights and strategic recommendations clearly.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify anomalies.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to run and analyse A/B tests with robust statistics.
• Design, build, test, deploy and monitor data and semantic models following best practices.
• Share knowledge within the data team and contribute to process improvements.
