Job summary

Financial Times is seeking an Experimentation Analyst to join the Experimentation team within Insight & Analytics. You will support tests across the business, evaluate metrics, and share insights with stakeholders to shape multichannel strategies.

With 2+ years of analytics experience, you’ll bring advanced SQL, statistical knowledge, and a passion for data visualization. A hybrid work model and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years as an analyst with exposure to experimentation and data-driven decision making.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience designing, running and interpreting A/B tests with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide test analysis and support to stakeholders across the business.
• Assist embedded analysts in conducting tests and documenting results.
• Be the primary contact for testing BAU questions and pre/post-test metrics.
• Help establish best practices and consistency in experiment reporting.
• Collaborate with L&D to share experimentation knowledge and goals.
• Track multiple work streams and contribute to the quarterly experimentation newsletter.
• Present complex analyses clearly to senior stakeholders.
