Job summary

Veremark is a remote-first HR tech scale-up on a mission to help the world trust faster. We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights, build interactive dashboards, and support key business decisions.

You will analyze data, build dashboards using Tableau or Power BI, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present findings to senior management. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional data analytics or BI experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience with Python, Google Cloud and BigQuery is a plus.
• Hands-on experience building visual reports in Power BI.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data: extract, clean, and analyze large datasets.
• Build dashboards: create and maintain automated dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and engineering teams on KPIs.
• Identify trends, anomalies and growth opportunities in operational metrics.
• Present data-driven recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
