Job summary

Veremark is a remote-first HR tech scale-up delivering verification and whistleblowing solutions on a global scale. We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights, build interactive dashboards, and support decision-making.

You will analyze data, build automated dashboards, collaborate with product, marketing and engineering, and present data-driven recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in data analytics or BI.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills.
• Experience with Python, Google Cloud or BigQuery is a plus.
• Hands-on Power BI experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data: extract, clean, and analyze large datasets.
• Build dashboards: create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Collaborate: work with product, marketing, and engineering teams to identify KPIs.
• Interpret trends: spot patterns, anomalies, and growth opportunities in metrics.
• Present findings: deliver data-driven recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
