Job summary

Busuu, part of the Chegg family, is hiring a Customer Satisfaction Representative for a 6 Month FTC. You will respond to user queries in English and another language (French, German or Turkish) via email and live chat, aiming for high satisfaction.

You will use Zendesk to manage tickets, escalate issues as needed, and assist with refunds per policy, while upholding SLAs and sharing insights to improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and at least one of French, German or Turkish.
• 1+ years in a Customer Service role or equivalent.
• High written communication and ability to upsell appropriately.
• Typing speed at least 35 wpm and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via email and live chat.
• Maintain SLAs and high customer satisfaction.
• Log bugs and relay issues to Technical/Education teams.
• Process refunds and handle payment statuses per policy.
