Domestic and General is recruiting a Customer Support Advisor to join our Service Excellence team in a home-based role. You will handle inbound calls, listen carefully, and resolve customer concerns with empathy, delivering an exceptional service experience.

The position is permanent and remote for mainland UK, requires 37.5 hours weekly with rotating shifts between 8am–8pm, and starts on Monday, 26 October.
