Job summary

• Experience in a fast-paced contact centre environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisation and ability to use tools such as ticketing, CRM, billing and webchat.

Responsibilities

• Handle a consistent volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails and chats.
• Provide an excellent level of customer service to all customers.
• Use process-driven troubleshooting to resolve customer issues and keep customers informed.
• Manage cases from initiation to resolution and escalate when needed.
• Report to and liaise with line managers and team colleagues; identify recurring quality issues and trends.
