Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to own the experimentation program for turning paid traffic into signups and revenue. You'll drive strategy and execution across the on-site funnel, partnering with design, engineering, copy, and marketing to deliver measurable gains.

The role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on testing, building a disciplined, data-driven roadmap and ensuring results are statistically sound.

Qualifications

• Proven track record owning a CRO/experimentation program that delivered measurable conversion and revenue gains.
• Hands-on expertise with A/B testing and CRO tools, web analytics, and front-end development.
• Strong analytical rigor with understanding of statistical significance and sample size.
• Experience optimizing signup, onboarding, and landing-page funnels for various motions.
• Clear communicator able to turn data into decisions and work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfortable in scrappy, high-ownership environments and building a program from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO strategy and experimentation roadmap across marketing site, landing pages, and signup/onboarding funnels.
• Form hypotheses from analytics and user research; prioritize tests by impact and effort.
• Design, build, QA, and launch A/B and multivariate tests; ensure statistical soundness.
• Partner with design, engineering, and copy to ship high-quality variants quickly.
• Analyze results, document learnings, and drive durable funnel improvements.
• Instrument funnel analytics and tracking to measure end-to-end impact.
• Align on-site conversion with paid and lifecycle traffic in partnership with marketing.
• Raise experimentation velocity and rigor as the program scales.
