Job summary

Brand Hackers in the United Kingdom is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to join our team. You will own CRM strategy across multiple challenger brands, audit CRM setups, plan newsletters, and lead a small team of executives and freelancers to deliver compelling campaigns.

You will be a Klaviyo expert, manage campaigns across email, push, and SMS, craft content, analyse results, and drive creative ideas. This is a fully remote role with occasional London meetups and a WFH allowance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on CRM/email marketing experience, especially with D2C FMCG brands.
• Strong knowledge of Klaviyo; ability to work with Mailchimp and other CRM platforms.
• Design customer journeys and personalise experiences within CRM.
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM set-ups and performance for multiple brands.
• Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS).
• Copywrite and design campaign emails using templates or own designs.
• Analyse campaign metrics and inform strategy for continuous improvement.
• Bring fresh ideas to test, learn, and push boundaries for partner brands.
• Report key outcomes and insights to stakeholders.
